One card, multiple functions.
There are three main functions that you can use your Bankcard for. They are:
ATM
You can withdraw cash from any ATM kiosks that displays the Bankcard logo.
e-Debit
You can use your Bankcard for making purchases at any of the e-Debit participating merchants. The transaction amount will be directly debited from your account. All you need to do is present your Bankcard, ask for the e-Debit facility and key in your PIN into the machine.
MEPS CASH
You can load in a monetary value into your Bankcard chip. This allows you to make purchases without any signatures or keying any personal identification number. Inform the retailer of your intention to use MEPS CASH.
